Job summary

PATH Enterprises in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Property Manager II to lead on-site property operations, oversee leasing, compliance, and staff, and partner with service providers to ensure safe, affordable housing. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory oversight to sustain occupancy and resident well-being.

The Property Manager II may live on-site at some properties and will report to the PATH Enterprises team.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a property manager at a multi-family housing property, preferably affordable or permanent supportive housing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in service-related field or public administration.
• Experience managing properties with 50+ units and budgets exceeding $750,000.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy management and leasing processes.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate maintenance and security procedures.
• Monitor budgets, reporting, and regulatory compliance to ensure stable housing operations.
• Lead staff meetings and engage with residents and service partners to support a positive community.
• Develop and implement emergency plans and coordinate responses to incidents.
