Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Property Manager II for Belmont Villas, a 164-unit affordable community in West Babylon, NY. You will manage, market, and maintain the property, meet financial objectives, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires overseeing rent levels, move-ins/outs, renewals, and budgeting, with a usual Monday–Friday schedule and a pay range of $72,000–$75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of LIHTC and HUD regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills and communications.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Set rent levels with senior management and oversee rent increases/ renewals.
• Maintain occupancy targets and process moves, recerts, and renewals.
• Review applications and ensure compliance with standards.
