The role requires directing staff, overseeing rent levels, renewals, and occupancy while maintaining accurate tenant files and financial reporting. You will work with senior management to optimize operations, coordinate maintenance, and supervise the property team to deliver exceptional resident

Formación

• Experience in property management and leasing operations.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant laws and regulations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with senior management to set rent levels.
• Review rent schedules and manage increases and renewals.
• Maintain occupancy and tenant records with accuracy.
• Process move-ins/outs and recertifications timely.
• Prepare annual budget and provide financial reporting.
• Direct maintenance programs and ensure site compliance.
• Screen, hire, and train staff per PDP guidelines.
