Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to set rent levels.
• Review rent schedules and manage increases and renewals.
• Maintain occupancy and tenant records with accuracy.
• Process move-ins/outs and recertifications timely.
• Prepare annual budget and provide financial reporting.
• Direct maintenance programs and ensure site compliance.
• Screen, hire, and train staff per PDP guidelines.
