LIHI, a Seattle-based nonprofit housing provider, seeks a Property Manager II to oversee daily operations at affordable housing properties. The role emphasizes leasing, resident file management, rent collection, lease enforcement, and building upkeep in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

The position requires practical HUD program knowledge (PRAC, Section 202/811, LIHTC) and collaboration with Area Manager, Compliance, Finance, and Supportive Services to ensure compliance and optimize

Qualifications

• Four years of hands-on residential property management experience with large properties.
• Direct knowledge of HUD-assisted housing including PRAC, LIHTC, and workforce housing.
• Experience with PBV or housing authority programs and subsidy coordination.
• Experience preparing certifications, recertifications, and enforcing leases.
• Ability to read budgets, rent rolls, and reports, and manage expenses.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily property operations and set priorities.
• Review leasing, resident files, ledgers, inspections, and reports.
• Supervise maintenance staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate records for residents, vendors, payroll, invoices, and operations.
• Communicate professionally with residents, staff, and housing partners.
