Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a multifamily community to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Lead leasing activities, including marketing, applications, move-ins, renewals, and rent increases.
• Drive occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate with maintenance to preserve assets and execute preventive maintenance.
• Supervise site team and promote a customer-focused culture.
