Ideal candidate has HUD/LIHTC/Section 8 experience, 2–3 years PM experience, and strong MS Office and Yardi skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus; on-site role with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years property management experience.
• HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8 experience required.
• Ability to read/analyze financial reports and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee income recertification, leasing and re-leasing.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regs.
• Provide high-quality service to residents, vendors and staff.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance explanations.
• Assist in annual budgeting and expense reviews.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
