Paths Building Services LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to handle tenant interactions, rent collections, lease administration, and complaints. You will also ensure proper and timely maintenance of the property through inspections and coordination with maintenance staff.

The role requires at least 2 years of property management experience, familiarity with affordable housing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' experience in property management, including Section 8.
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff.
• Understanding of annual certifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience working with unions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting daily arrears collections, including resident visit follow-ups.
• Overseeing the resident move-in and move-out process.
• Inspecting units prior to move-ins and after move-outs.
• Working in conjunction with maintenance staff on the administration of work order requests.
• Assisting the PM with conducting annual unit inspections to ensure compliance with Tax Credit Regulatory standards.
• Ensuring on-time collection and completion of all annual resident certifications.
• Processing new move-in packages.
• Preparing Section 8 packages for reviewing supervisor
