Infinity Management & Investments, LLC seeks a Property Manager for a 44-unit LIHTC property in Danville, CA. This part-time role (approx. 55 hours/week) covers daily operations, budgeting support, leasing, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities include rent collection, vendor coordination, inspections, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and related regulations. The ideal candidate has LIHTC experience, strong organizational skills, and a background in supervising on-site staff.

Formación

• Experience in property management preferred.
• Background in supervision and a successful track record of accomplishments.
• LIHTC experience or training is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees rents collection and timely deposits; handles evictions and notices as needed.
• Coordinates with vendors/contractors; approves invoices and maintains records.
• Maintains on-site licenses and oversees property expenditures.
• Leads on-site staff recruitment, training, and supervision.
• Maintains lease files, conducts inspections with housing authorities, and ensures compliance.
