Denali Property Management is seeking experienced managers to join our growing team in condo/HOA communities. The role emphasizes overseeing property operations, vendor services, and capital planning to sustain community standards and asset value.

Ideal candidates have CMCA/AMS/PCAM or equivalent designations and may have Yardi experience. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, a 401(k), and paid vacation time.

Competenze

• Experience in condo/HOA management is required or strongly preferred.
• CMCA/AMS/PCAM or similar designation is preferred.
• Yardi experience is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Expertise in condominium / HOA management.
• Property inspections (interior & exterior) to identify issues and ensure safety and appearance standards.
• Manage and oversee vendor services for communities (landscape, snowplow, elevator maintenance, insurance policies & claims, sprinklers).
• Oversee maintenance work on electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems as required.
• Develop short and long-term capital plans to achieve community goals.
• Understand major repairs and capital projects including scopes of work, financing, bids, and bid leveling.
• Track and report financial performance of communities and implement strategies to enhance asset value.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws affecting property, community, employees, and residents/tenants.
• Attend Community Board & Owners’ Meetings as liaison and community partner.
• Enforce Community rules and regulations.
