Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Property Oversight: Manage daily operations of a portfolio of short-term rental properties.
• Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries promptly to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs with vendors.
• Property Turnovers: Manage cleaning and turnover between stays with fresh linens and supplies.
• Financial Reporting: Monitor expenses and income; report on occupancy and revenue.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure properties meet local regulations and safety standards.
• Property Optimization: Work with owners to improve occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Vendor Management: Build relationships with local service providers for repairs and services.
