Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee full property operations, lease administration, and resident experience at a Flagstaff property. You will manage supplier contracts, maintenance, reporting, and client relations while leading a team to deliver excellence.

Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, meeting client expectations, recruiting, and executing the marketing plan to attract residents. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities; Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, and lease administration.
• Manage property P&L and marketing in line with standards.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coach and develop associates, communicating a shared vision.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain safety records and risk management initiatives.
• Organize site emergency evacuation plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
