Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and clients to meet client expectations.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead associates by communicating a shared vision and providing coaching and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
