Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Williston, ND. You will oversee operations, lease administration, and client relationships to ensure a superb resident experience.

Bring 2–3 years of management in multifamily housing, a strong service mindset, and a knack for coaching teams. The role includes coordinating maintenance, budgets, and marketing to attract residents while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management are required.
• One to two years of direct management experience are required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing according to company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates with a shared vision to enable top performance.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and the corporate office.
