Qualifications

• 8+ years of multifamily real estate experience.
• Experience as on-site property manager or regional manager responsible for multiple properties.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and staff for assigned communities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasts, marketing plans and capital plans.
• Monitor financial performance, variances and NOI impact.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and applicable laws.
• Lead staff development, performance reviews, and recruitment.
