You will oversee budgeting, leasing, vendor relations, and staff coordination to maximize occupancy and ensure efficient operations. Prior experience in multifamily tax credit properties and proficiency with Entrata are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years multifamily tax credit experience, including management.
• Entrata proficiency preferred.
• Commercial experience preferred.
• Must possess a positive, can-do attitude.
• Must have excellent communication, organization, management, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to understand financial goals and act in owners’ best interest.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and income projections.
• Ensure rents and late fees are collected and posted.
• Prepare legal documents and processes per state and company guidelines.
• Coordinate vendor communications and certificates of insurance.
• Ensure AP invoices are processed and funds managed.
• Maximize occupancy and market the property to prospects.
• Develop resident retention programs and community events.
• Lead staff scheduling and training to ensure efficient workflow.
• Plan maintenance with the Maintenance Supervisor and supervise service requests.
