• Market & Lease: Attract and secure residents, meeting and exceeding goals.
• Compliance: Process rental applications following affordable housing standards.
• Strategize: Create marketing plans based on market trends and pricing.
• Financial Management: Collect rents, manage invoices, analyze financials, schedule expenditures.
