Job summary

eZone Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager for our Plano, TX portfolio. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintain high occupancy, supervise on-site staff, manage leases, and oversee budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Be familiar with federal, state, and local fair housing and landlord/tenant laws
• Strong interpersonal, motivational, management, leadership, customer service and bookkeeping skills
• Strong budgeting and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and the internet
• Results oriented with strong critical thinking, time management

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Maintain high occupancy and keep operating costs at a minimum.
• Enter and maintain resident, prospect and unit data in property management software and files.
• Execute leases and renewals accurately and timely.
• Prepare monthly reports for upper level management.
• Solicit bids and contracts for property maintenance and improvements.
• Follow up on emergency calls and after-hours maintenance.
• Develop and oversee sales and marketing campaigns to attract new residents.
• Supervise, train, develop and monitor on-site staff.
