Job summary

First Realty Management, a family-owned property management company, seeks a full-time Property Manager for an apartment community in the Boston (Fenway) area. You will oversee financials, operations, and staff to ensure top-quality service and adherence to budget and standards.

You’ll lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering a safe, attractive living environment. Strong English and Spanish communication, plus industry experience, are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5+ years experience in residential property management.
• Experience supervising staff and managing property operations.
• Knowledge of housing regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepares annual site budget and monitors it throughout the year.
• Manages finances, collects rent, and prepares financial reports.
• Hires and directs site staff, monitors performance, and develops team.
• Ensures property condition, safety, and appeal meet standards.
• Maintains regulatory documentation and compliance with HUD/state/local regs.
• Oversees vendor contracts and maintains positive resident relations.
