Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in property management/mobile home parks.
• 3+ years of excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• Proven success leading a team and managing vendor relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with basic computer programs and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service toward residents, guests, and municipalities.
• Maintain occupancy targets and timely rent collection.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Manage property budget to maximize profitability without overspending.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate after-hours support.
• Plan and execute resident events to build community.
• Maintain the property office and handle routine admin tasks.
• Follow up on prospects and applicants to convert interest.
