Job summary

Riverstone Communities is seeking a Property Manager for the Mounds View Mobile Home Park in MN. You will lead a team, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and drive occupancy while managing rent collection and maintenance duties.

The role emphasizes customer service, budget management, and compliance with Fair Housing guidelines, with a strong focus on community and team collaboration. A valid driver’s license and mobility are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in property or mobile home property management.
• 3+ years of proven excellent customer service across in-person, phone, and written channels.
• 3+ years of experience leading a successful team and managing vendor relationships.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Comfort with active duties including walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with internet, Google or Microsoft programs and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and local municipalities to build and maintain relationships.
• Strive for or maintain 100% occupancy on a consistent basis.
• Collect rent and fees in a timely manner and follow up on late payments.
• Ensure compliance with company home standards by daily site walks.
• Manage property budget to maximize profitability within allocations.
• Attend to community needs outside normal hours when emergencies arise.
• Plan and execute quarterly resident events.
• Maintain the property office and complete general office tasks on schedule.

We are currently seeking a qualified Property Manager for our Moundsview Mobile Home Park located at [1046 Montclair Ave Mounds View, MN 55112.]

The Property Manager position includes, but is not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service towards residents, prospective residents, guests and local municipalities to help build and maintain relationships
• Work towards or maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
• Collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner, including following up with specific residents on late rent payments
• Ensure 100% compliance to company home standards, including walking the community daily to assess compliance
• Manage an established property budget - not exceeding the amount allocated and maximizing the communities' profitability
• Attend to community needs outside of normal business hours when emergencies arise
• Plan and execute quarterly resident events
• Set high standards for yourself and your team, manage to performance expectations
• Maintain the property office to required standards and ensure general office work is completed to deadline
• Perform prompt follow-up and follow-through on prospects and applicants
• Adhere to all state, government, and local requirements to meet and exceed the expectations of all Fair Housing guidelines
• Be invested in the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities and the specific property you support
• Other duties as qualified and trained to do so

Property Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience within management, preferably in property management/mobile home property management
• 3+ years of proven excellent customer service experience through various methods - in person (verbally), over the phone (written), etc
• 3+ year of experience managing a successful team as well as vendor relationships
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Computer proficiency, including using the internet, Google or Microsoft programs and email, etc.
• Ability to take initiative and seek out details and information
