Job summary

Riverstone Communities LLC is seeking a Property Manager for Roseville Estates Mobile Home Park in Roseville, MN. The role focuses on resident experience, occupancy, budget stewardship, and teamwork.

You will lead a team, manage relationships with residents and vendors, and ensure operations align with company standards and local regulations. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in property management/mobile home property management.
• 3+ years of proven excellent customer service experience through various methods - in person, over the phone, etc.
• 3+ years of experience managing a successful team and vendor relationships.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service towards residents, prospective residents, guests and local municipalities to help build and maintain relationships.
• Work towards or maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis.
• Collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner, including late rent follow-up with residents.
• Ensure 100% compliance to company home standards, including daily community walks for compliance.
• Manage an established property budget and maximize profitability.
• Attend to community needs outside of normal business hours when emergencies arise.
• Plan and execute quarterly resident events.
• Set high performance standards for self and team.
• Maintain the property office to required standards and complete admin tasks on time.
• Follow up on prospects and applicants promptly.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and local requirements.
• Be invested in the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities and the specific property.
