Riverstone Communities in Roseville, MN is seeking a Property Manager for Roseville Estates Mobile Home Park to lead day-to-day operations and enhance resident experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in management, strong customer service, budgeting skills, and the ability to supervise a team; salary ranges from $56,000 to $58,000 with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in property/mobile home management.
• Proven excellent customer service across in-person, phone, and written channels.
• Experience managing a team and vendor relationships.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Active: walking, bending, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with computers, internet, Google/Microsoft apps, and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and local municipalities.
• Maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis.
• Collect rent and fees in a timely manner.
• Ensure 100% compliance to company home standards, including walking the community daily to assess compliance.
• Manage an established property budget - not exceeding the amount allocated and maximizing the communities' profitability.
• Attend to community needs outside of normal business hours when emergencies arise.
• Plan and execute quarterly resident events.
• Set high standards for yourself and your team, manage to performance expectations.
• Maintain the property office to required standards and ensure general office work is completed to deadline.
• Perform prompt follow-up and follow-through on prospects and applicants.
• Adhere to all state, government, and local requirements to meet and exceed the expectations of all Fair Housing guidelines.
• Be invested in the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities and the specific property you support.
• Other duties as qualified and trained to do so.

Property Manager position includes, but is not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service towards residents, prospective residents, guests and local municipalities to help build and maintain relationships

Property Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience within management, preferably in property management/mobile home property management

• 3+ years of proven excellent customer service experience through various methods - in person (verbally), over the phone (written), etc

• 3+ year of experience managing a successful team as well as vendor relationships

• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license

• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds

• Computer proficiency, including using the internet, Google or Microsoft programs and email, etc.

• Ability to take initiative and seek out details and information
