Riverstone Communities LLC seeks a Property Manager for the New England Mobile Home Park in Hollywood, FL. Bring a proven track record in property management and a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences.

You will lead a team, manage relationships with residents and vendors, and help maintain a safe, compliant, and well-run community. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits, plus bonus potential, ongoing training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in property/mobile home management.
• 3+ years of outstanding customer service across multiple channels.
• 3+ years leading a team and managing vendor relationships.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid license.
• Active physical requirements: walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with computers, internet, Google or Microsoft programs.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests and local municipalities.
• Maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis.
• Collect rent and fees promptly, including late payments follow-up.
• Ensure 100% compliance to home standards during daily community walks.
• Manage an established property budget and maximize profitability.
• Attend to community needs outside normal business hours when emergencies arise.
• Plan and execute quarterly resident events.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and company policies.
• Be invested in Riverstone Communities' mission and property.
