Riverstone Communities is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for Sunrise Mobile Home Park in Cocoa, FL. The role focuses on resident relations, occupancy marketing, and timely rent collection to maintain high standards and compliance.

The position supports daily office operations, ensures Fair Housing compliance, and steps in as leader in the Property Manager’s absence. A flexible schedule and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative work in an office setting.
• 1-2 years of proven excellent customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with internet, Google or Microsoft programs and email.

Responsibilities

• Interact with current and prospective residents, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with achieving high occupancy and marketing the community.
• Help with 100% collection of rent and fees in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company home standards and daily property walks.
• Maintain the property office to required standards and complete general office tasks on time.
• Follow up promptly with prospects and applicants.
