Job summary

Riverstone-Communities in Franklin, TN is seeking a Community Manager for our Franklin Estates Mobile Home Park. You will lead a team, provide excellent resident service, and strive to maintain high occupancy while delivering on budgets and property standards.

The role requires 3+ years in property management or mobile home property management, strong customer service, and proven ability to manage vendors and a team. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in property management or similar.
• 3+ years of excellent customer service experience across multiple channels.
• 3+ years of leading a team and managing vendor relationships.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to be physically active: walking, bending, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with computers, internet, and common software.
• Must take initiative and seek out details and information.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, guests, and local municipalities.
• Work toward maintaining a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis.
• Collect rent and fees timely and follow up on late payments.
• Ensure compliance with company home standards and perform daily property walks.
• Manage property budget to maximize profitability within allocated funds.
• Attend to community needs outside of normal business hours as emergencies arise.
• Plan and execute quarterly resident events.
• Maintain office to required standards and complete admin tasks on time.
• Follow up with prospects and applicants promptly.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and local/state requirements.
• Be invested in Riverstone Communities’ mission and the specific property.
