Job summary

Riverstone Communities is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Property Manager for four mobile home parks in Davie, FL to engage residents and support property operations. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high occupancy, and ensuring timely rent collection in a flexible, growth‑oriented environment.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 1–2 years of admin and customer service experience, and ability to drive to properties.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative work in an office setting.
• 1-2 years of proven excellent customer service experience through various methods.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Active: walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with internet, Google or Microsoft programs and email, etc.

Responsibilities

• Interact with current and prospective residents, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with achieving high occupancy and marketing the community to maximize occupancy.
• Help with timely rent and fee collection, including follow-up on late payments.
• Ensure compliance with company home standards through daily walk-throughs.
• Maintain the property office and complete general office tasks by deadlines.
• Follow up with prospects and applicants promptly.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and state/local requirements.
• Lead the property in the absence of the Property Manager.
