Job summary

You will align with financial goals, deliver exceptional resident service, and ensure accurate records and timely reporting across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years on-site as Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the financial goals of the properties and manage assets per company policy.
• Maintain high customer service and online presence to achieve satisfactory resident scores.
• Maintain accurate records of community transactions and submit timely reports (rent rolls, delinquency, move-ins/outs).
• Ensure models and market-ready apartments are walked daily and communicate service needs to maintenance.
• Record and communicate all service requests to maintenance.
