Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, leasing, budgeting and resident relations. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, staff supervision, and ensuring policy compliance across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have onsite property management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office. A driver’s license and relevant licenses may be required.

Qualifications

• Onsite property management experience required.
• Ability to manage leasing, renewals, and budgeting.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with property management and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, which includes taking resident phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Willow Bridge Property Company policy, as well as federal and local regulations.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and proper completion of service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections, discuss strategies with the Regional Property Manager and complete annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.
• Assigns and proofs all leasing paperwork
• Audits and adheres to lease file policy with consistency
• Additional duties as assigned.
• This role MAY require a valid driver's license.
• This role may require you to obtain a state specific license or certification.
