Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Property Manager for Pacific Park Apartments in Springfield, Oregon. This full-time, non-exempt role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and reports to the Portfolio Manager.

The position offers competitive hourly pay, a phone allowance, leasing commissions, quarterly bonuses, and tenant rent discounts. You will oversee advertising, lead management via property software, conduct tours, manage lease cycles, ensure insurance compliance, and monitor budgets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• 1+ years of experience in staff supervision.
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrates teamwork, integrity and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Review rental rates and concessions with Portfolio Manager.
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95% and manage turnover workflows.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor management and budget monitoring.
