Responsibilities

• Collect and deposit rents on the day of collection and follow up on delinquent rents.
• Enforce Rental Agreements and Facility rules; supervise placement of RVs and manufactured homes.
• Prepare monthly manager's report and maintain tenant histories; review applications and execute rental documents.
• Maintain common areas and perform facility maintenance tasks and safety checks.
