Milhaus seeks a Property Manager to oversee a multifamily community, handling budgeting, marketing, financial management, and staff supervision to meet performance targets.

You will maximize revenue, control expenses, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high resident satisfaction while coordinating with lenders, owners, and partners. Requires at least two years of property management experience and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in property management of at least 200 units
• Minimum of a high school diploma with a college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable private transportation
• CAM designation a plus
• Experience in budgeting, revenue enhancement, and expense control
• Strong track record of successful personnel management – including hiring, training, and staff development
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and consensus-building skills
• Excellent training skills
• Excellent computer skills, with emphasis on the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel
• Experience with Entrata software application preferred
• Ability to travel overnight at least once per quarter
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and manages annual property budget and monitors NOI
• Develops revenue enhancement strategies and controls expenses
• Oversees marketing, leasing, and occupancy plans
• Supervises maintenance, scheduling, and service responses
• Manages staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisals
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies
• Coordinates with regional leadership and owners on financial reporting
• Oversees accounts receivable and collections
• Manages vendor bidding and cost controls
• Ensures resident satisfaction and move-in/move-out inspections
