Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years as a Property Manager in multifamily housing is required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM/CAM/RMP are a plus.
• Tech: MS Office, SharePoint, ADP; Yardi, Entrata, Asana, EliseAI bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own property financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate reports to regional leadership.
• Set pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends and competitors.
• Coordinate operations to maintain quality and guest experience.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing on-site team.
