Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Aggressively leases apartments and maintains high occupancy.
• Ensures marketing calls are answered promptly by the leasing team.
• Design ads and marketing programs for corporate design review.
• Analyze closing ratios and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate paperwork and route to processing promptly.
• Advise technicians on complex work orders.
• Understand property demographics and local competition.
• Drive curb appeal and marketability improvements.
• Oversee subcontractors' time on site.
• Solicit vendors for capital project bids.
• Serve as liaison with corporate office on occupancy.
• Direct on-site personnel and allocate tasks.
• Assess move-outs for repairs and damages.
• Develop daily/weekly/monthly marketing plans for the property.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively leases apartments.
• Ensures all marketing calls are returned by leasing team in a timely manner.
• Design ads and marketing programs for submission to corporate office design department.
• Final analysis of closing ratios of leasing team.
• Submits and reviews all assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner and forwards to necessary party for processing.
• Advises technicians on difficult work orders.
• Possesses knowledge of the property's demographics and that of the nearby competition.
• Initiates and directs the improvements for curb appeal and marketability.
• Monitors time sub-contractors spend on property.
• Finds, seeks and solicits vendors to bid capital projects.
• Chief liaison with the corporate office for occupancy requirements.
• Directs activity of all on site personnel.
• Makes independent judgment for assessing and charging moveouts for repairs and damages.
• Develops daily, weekly, monthly marketing plan for multi million dollar property.
