KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Property Manager to serve as the main liaison among clients, residents, and on-site staff. You will ensure professional service, coordinate with the Board, and manage day-to-day operations.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, a CAM license, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and vendor coordination while upholding KWPM policies.

Qualificações

• Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations, or documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Florida CAM license required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license required.
• Flexible hours including some nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary liaison between the client, KW Property Management, and on-site staff.
• Manage and operate the community in coordination with the Association Board and/or Developer.
• Prepare annual budget for the association.
• Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements and variances.
• Maintain property files and records and provide status reports.
