Absolute Storage Management in Memphis, TN is seeking a Property Manager (aka Client Happiness Hero) to oversee leasing, customer service, and daily operations of our storage properties. You will drive rentals, handle inquiries in person and by phone, and ensure a clean, secure, well-maintained site.

The role emphasizes quick problem-solving, revenue awareness, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail-like environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Sales or retail experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer service environment preferred.
• Property Manager: at least one year of experience preferred.
• Background screening will be conducted at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, via phone, and through other advertising/marketing opportunities; enhance sales through rentals, insurance and moving supplies
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and offering solutions; guide new customers through rental processes
• Resolves issues professionally and positively
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the office, restrooms, grounds, and vacant units; keep well-organized records and perform minor maintenance tasks and regular property inspections
• Shop local competitors in-person and online; report information gathered, including rates and specials, to supervisors and other departments; perform additional marketing functions as needed
• Monitors rates, specials, and revenue-related factors
• Perform required daily administrative tasks including handling cash, balancing receipts, pursuing collections, posting payments, processing daily bank deposits and completing auctions according to policy and laws
