Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Arizona is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead a multifamily community. You will supervise a team, coordinate leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while balancing income and expenses.

This role rewards leadership with upward mobility, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate has at least three years in residential property management and knowledge of OneSite or similar software.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices including Fair Housing, maintenance, leasing, rent collection, and accounting software.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
