Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations, and ensure strong financial performance.

The role requires at least three years in property management, knowledge of Fair Housing, and experience with budgeting. We value leaders who communicate, coach, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
