Pegasus Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead our on-site team and deliver referral-worthy customer experiences.

The role requires at least three years of residential property management experience, supervisory skills, and a solid understanding of budgeting, Fair Housing, and multifamily operations. Proficiency with OneSite and related property management software is strongly encouraged.

Competenze

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience including selection and hiring, team training and coaching.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes, including Fair Housing laws and regulations, maintenance, leasing, rent collection, and accounting principles.
• Understanding of balancing income and expenses to achieve best results.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
