Addison Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Plano, TX to support daily operations of a high-profile commercial property. The role blends financial oversight, tenant relations, and operational coordination to maintain top-tier property standards and deliver an exceptional tenant experience.

You will work on budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and vendor coordination, while ensuring timely responses to tenant needs and management of capital projects.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in property management.
• Experience with lease administration and property management systems (Yardi preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and assist with forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable for tenant billing and vendor payments.
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure standards are met.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and service needs.
• Coordinate vendor management, bids, contracts, and relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain operations.
• Assist with capital improvements and tenant improvement projects.
• Deliver high levels of service to tenants and stakeholders.
