Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Property Manager for Forest Park Apartments in North Kansas City, MO. This role leads on-site staff, maintains community relations, and ensures occupancy targets are met while delivering excellent service.

The position requires 2+ years in multifamily housing, strong communication skills, and a focus on organizational excellence. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in multifamily housing.
• Experience managing a team of 3+ employees.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• CRMIQ experience a plus.
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees all on-site personnel
• Oversee and foster a great working environment for team
• Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents

• Competitive pay ($60,000-$65,000 annually!)
• Quarterly Bonus up to $4,800 annually
• Monthly Delinquency Bonus potential of $3,600 annually
