The Monarch Investment And Management Group is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager for The Villages at General Grant Apartments in Affton, MO. You will support the Property Manager with daily operations and help maximize lease renewals while building strong resident relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong computer skills; Yardi experience is a plus.
• Knack for solving problems and resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Help maximize lease renewals and earn commissions.
• Build and maintain strong resident relationships.
• Show and lease apartments when needed.
• Ensure marketing efforts are up-to-date and effective.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay - $20.00 to $22.00 per hour + commissions
• Aggressive renewal commissions – up to $100 per renewal
