Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Property Manager for Abilene, TX, to oversee two apartment communities. This full-time, on-site position requires leadership of on-site staff, resident relations, and lease/compliance oversight.

Monitors occupancy, renewals, and income collection across properties. Ideal candidate brings 2+ years in multifamily housing, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with Yardi/CRMIQ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ multifamily housing experience.
• Experience managing a team of 2+ employees.
• Yardi experience preferred, CRMIQ a plus.
• Strong computer skills and effective communication.
• Excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees on-site personnel.
• Foster a positive working environment for the team.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents.
• Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy.
• Aim for high renewal rates with current tenants.
• Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rent and other income.
