Qualifications

• Requires HOA HUD/TC/ADHP/HOME/Bond knowledge and staff supervision.
• Experience with HUD-based affordable housing management is essential.
• COS certification preferred or willing to obtain within six weeks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property records and lease files per program requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, rents collection, and delinquency procedures.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with HUD/TC/ADHP/HOME/Bond regulations.
• Manage wait lists, leasing, and resident relations to maximize renewals.
• Coordinate audits and reporting for HUD-governed properties.
