Job summary

Eureka Multifamily Group is seeking an Area Property Manager for its 3 Affordable Properties in Austin, TX. The role requires deep knowledge of Project Based Section 8, Tax Credit, and One Site Leasing and Rents.

The Area Property Manager will supervise a small team, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain budgets, and coordinate with regional leadership to optimize occupancy and asset condition.

Qualifications

• Must have proven knowledge of Project Based Section 8 Affordable Housing Experience.
• At least 3 years of affordable housing property management experience.
• COS certification on a HUD governed property or be willing to obtain it.
• Certification as a resident manager.
• Ability to supervise a staff of 5+ and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee operations of up to 3 properties, including leasing, compliance, and budget adherence.
• Oversee rent collections, subsidies, and voucher processes under HUD/TC programs.
• Coordinate with Social Service Provider to implement supportive services.
