Corpus Christi Housing seeks a Director of Rental Properties to manage multiple subsidized housing developments in Corpus Christi, TX. You will oversee budgets, benchmark data, staff training, and provide leadership to the department, with on-site oversight and the VP role in their absence.

Responsibilities include liaison with Property Staff, regulatory compliance, and coordinating with HUD and the CEO for reports and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, or related field is required.
• Seven or more years in progressively responsible property management roles.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations of multiple subsidized housing developments.
• Monitor budgets, prepare reports, and train staff.
• Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with CEO, Board of Commissioners, and HUD on audits and compliance.
