Job summary

Residential One seeks a Property Manager to oversee community operations, leasing, and regulatory compliance. You will train staff, drive occupancy, and supervise finance and maintenance activities to support resident satisfaction and budget targets.

You’ll manage move-ins, renewals, certifications, and reporting while ensuring adherence to LIHTC/Section 8 guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years’ experience in residential leasing or property management.
2+ years’ LIHTC/Section 8 property management experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and time management skills; strong customer service and sales abilities.

Responsibilities

Train property staff and create a welcoming environment for residents and staff.
Supervise leasing activities and maintain high occupancy through curb appeal and retention.
Prepare and review reports, audits, and certifications in a timely manner.
Oversee maintenance, budget adherence, and vendor contracts.
Ensure compliance with affordable housing rules and regulatory forms.
