Qualifications

• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• Associate degree or higher preferred; COS/TCS/Fair Housing certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage property budget, operating expenses, rent collection, and financial reporting for asset stability.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements and regulate documentation for audits.

• Serve as primary contact for residents and support programming to foster a positive community.
