Job summary

The role requires experience in affordable housing (LIHTC/Section 8) and a strong understanding of Fair Housing. On-site responsibilities include inspections, budgeting, and community activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with new software.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments, drive occupancy targets.
• Oversee property budgets and cost-effective practices.
• Address and manage resident concerns and work orders.
• Supervise property staff and inspect unit turns.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and inspections.
• Organize community activities and on-site events.
• Collector, deposit rent within 24 hours and manage delinquent accounts.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies and trainings.
