Job summary

MMS Group is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily property in Missouri, with focus on rent collection, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in residential property management, 2+ years in affordable housing, and familiarity with LIHTC/Section 8 programs; LIHTC certification preferred. Proficiency in RealPage OneSite and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential multifamily property management or real estate management experience as a Property Manager.
• Minimum two years of affordable housing experience.
• LIHTC Certification, preferred
• Experience with Section 8 voucher submission, tax-credit programs.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the property.
• Rent collection from residents and related fees.
• Address resident concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets with Regional Manager and corporate office.
• Handle all accounting functions: invoices, evictions, resident accounts and charges.
• Hire, train, and supervise site staff for high performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards.
• Complete income verification to ensure government-regulated eligibility.
• Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
