Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in property management or leasing.
• AZ DPS Level I fingerprint clearance card required.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance for company vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for tenants on property and lease matters.
• Coordinate move‑ins/outs, inspections, and unit turnover.
• Enforce lease terms and community standards consistently.
• Complete income recertifications and eligibility documentation.
